Tigerlily Digital UK directs academic and commercial research into next-generation Stereoscopic 3D Imaging for entertainment and scientific exploration.

Providing powerful middle-layer DirectX enabled 3D software, Tigerlily Digital is developing new toolkits and APIs specifically for the full 3D applications and entertainment markets for use on the Nvidia 3D VisionTM platform.

This is aimed at bringing practical 3D uses and revolutionary artistic experiences in real 3D viewing to end users and clients.

A special guest lecture series on advanced graphics technologies and human interfaces will be delivered at the School of Informatics, City University London, UK this winter 2010.

As part of the ongoing MSc in Computer Games Technology and BSc Computer Science with Games Technology courses at City University, Tigerlily Digital will be lending its insights and expertise in the field of advanced 3D computer graphics, games architectures and programming in C++ with the Department of Computing in their School of Informatics.

This lecture series will include advanced topics and sessions on Microsoft Surface interaction, developing on XCode for iOS 4 devices such as the iPhone and iPad, Mobile 3D graphics optimisations in OpenGL ES, and upcoming motion gesture based technologies such as webcam and airmouse tracking.
